What is the Cancellation Policy?
We try to be as fair as possible for both you and ourselves with regards to cancellations as we understand sometimes plans can change.
You can cancel and receive a 100% refund as long as you cancel at least 28 days prior to your check-in date.
For cancellations under these periods, there will be a refund only if the room is managed to be booked again. In any case, please let us know if your plans change as soon as possible and we can try to accomodate it.
In either case, please note there is a 3% card processing fee by Stripe which is non-refundable.

Do i need a car?
Yes. Although there is a bus stop 15 min away by foot, there is a steep hill to walk up and down and so we do recommend having a car rental. In any case, Tenerife is an island best explored by car no matter where you stay.
Having said that it is a coliving, so the general vibe is to share and explore together. Let us know if you want to be put in contact with other guests staying during your dates to discuss sharing car rentals together.
-
Do guests usually share car rides together?
In short, Yes. There is usually a mix of people who rent cars and others who prefer not to. This usually results in people organising trips together to discover the island as well as going on more practical trips to the groceries etc. This obviously varies month and cannot be guaranteed, only encouraged.

How close is the nearest beach?
Our favorite local beach is Playa de los Patos. This is a wild volcanic black sand beach. As most beaches of this sort in the canaries nudism is allowed but not compulsory. It is a five min drive away, followed by a 10 min walk. Its perfect for a mid-day work break! There are other beaches close to it. Mainly El Ancon or El Bollullo. There are other beaches 10/15min drive away which are more easily accessible as you can park right next to them.
-
What car rental company do you recommend?

Does the coliving offer food?
The coliving offers two lovely meals, prepared by us each week. A Dinner on Mondays and a brunch of Fridays, where all colivers meet and plan the weekly schenanigans. The rest of the meals are organized individually by each person, although many times the crew organizes BBQs and other meals between them.
